I have read and researched and reviewed so many diets, eating regimes, and 'eating life styles' that I have lost count. The truth is, the realistic ones are all very similar - they require commitment, healthy choices, and are tough to follow at first. I have purchased a number of the Beachbody programs - they are all accompanied by meal plans and healthy inspirational life plans/style to help you transition into the new you. These too, have similar messages because they make sense. Often we need reminders because we lose sight and track of things as others surfaces.
