Bananacado mash

My little one loves this. I can whip it up in no time and it is healthy and tasty.

Ingredients:

1 banana

1/2 ripe/soft avocado

Preparation:

Peel both ingredients, place in a container and mash/blend them together. This will make a green paste that your baby will love. This will keep in the fridge for 1-2 days; I don't recommend it be kept longer than that. It is not a freezer friendly recipe - only because mashed avocado does not freeze well. Fresh is always better anyways.

* If your baby is really new to food, add some formula or breast milk to the mixture to make it more smooth.
