Breast feeding smoothy

In a blender add the following ingredients:

1 banana

1 cup of pinapple (fresh and cleaned)

1 cup of raw kale (washed and sliced)

1 cup of milk (cow's, coconut, rice, or almond)

Blend these ingredients together and drink. Feel free to add any other fruit - except melons. This is a great way to start your morning. It sweetens your milk and gives your baby a lot of iron naturally.

This smoothy recipe is a little different but quite tasty. It is also very healthy and is believed to increase your milk supply.
